She Stole the Show

Hello everyone! Welcome to another fall fashion post. I feel as if I write a million of these, but a lot of you all seem to love my style, and I’m more than happy to share details on what I’ve been rocking this season.

 S[teal] the Show

First I’ll start with this cool-toned outfit featuring this beautiful teal trench coat. I’ve probably had this in my closet since I moved. I believe it’s a piece that my mother or grandmother used to wear many years ago. It’s made out of a very slick material, similar to nylon, but a little thicker. I am a lover of vintage pieces, so I couldn’t pass on inheriting this piece.

(If you live in the Augusta, GA area, Final Cut has tons of vintage pieces if you’re like me and love a good vintage find.)

I consider myself to be a minimalist dresser on most days, so I added some neutral basics to complement this colorful coat. Here, I’m wearing a pair of black pants that feature ripped knees. These are from Wet Seal.

And for my top, I just threw on my favorite heather gray T shirt from Forever 21.

My shoes are a simple pair of single-sole heels from Alloy Apparel.

Alternate footwear:

Let’s be honest: walking about in heels all day is not the most comfortable thing in the world. Because I was running more errands that I expected, I opted to change out of my heels and put on my Adidas Superstars that I snagged from Foot Locker. They’re super comfortable and always stylish.

Can we all just agree that my makeup looks nice in this picture? I pretty much use the same products as I’ve previously posted times before because I know they work well for me. The only new product that I used was my Lorac Pro 3 Palette, of which you can check out here from a previous blog post.

 For A Rainy Day

I’m not sure if the rain inspired this look yesterday, but it’ very likely. I went out to grab breakfast and wanted to wear something cute and flirty, but still appropriate for the weather.

This blush-colored blazer is one of my favorites that I own. I purchased it a couple of years ago from Forever 21. My basic white tank is from Rue 21 and my pants from American Eagle. And I picked up these adorable pair of silver oxfords from Wet Seal. This is a very affordable outfit guys, so it doesn’t have to cost you a ton of money to look amazing!

If you can’t tell by the picture, my highlight is poppin’! But seriously, it is. I’ve owned my Maybelline Face Studio Master Hi-Lite Bronzer for years and years and it never fails me. I wear the shade ‘Deep Bronze’. But I also got a chance to use my new Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance eyeshadow palette, of which I’ll be doing a review on very soon in a holiday haul post.

No Bake Red Velvet

Can we all take a moment and just appreciate the fabric that is velvet? I’ve been sporting a lot of it this season and today was no exception.

My peacoat is from H&M. If you’re looking for nice, affordable coats, H&M has a great selection online. I’d also recommend Zara and ASOS as well.

And now for the star of the show…these thigh high velvet boots are from Public Desire. They’re a UK -based online shoe store that sells all of the trendiest pieces of footwear. Many fashion, beauty, and social media influencers shop on their site. These beauties are true to their thigh high claim, and fit snuggly around my skinny thighs. They also feature a drawstring in the back for extra security. If you’re like me and have long skinny legs, I’d give this place a try if you want some thigh high boots this season. Public Desire certainly impressed this first-time buyer, so I’m sure I’ll be purchasing from them again in the near future.
